AT BUILD-L is Artemis's engineering framework for custom automated assembly lines. Every line is scoped, designed, and commissioned for a specific product — whether that's a 3-station semi-automatic jig line or a 10-station fully automated pallet conveyor system.

We design the mechanical structure, build the electrical panels, write the PLC and HMI software, integrate vision and measurement systems, and commission on your floor. One team, one contract, one point of accountability from concept drawing to SAT sign-off.

Poka-yoke & Part Verification

Sensor-confirmed part presence at every station. Barcode / QR / RFID scan for variant selection and traceability. No wrong-part escapes.

Torque-Controlled Fastening

Atlas Copco / Desoutter / Bosch Rexroth tooling integration. Every fastening event — torque value, angle, OK/NG — logged per serial number.

Machine Vision Inspection

Cognex / Keyence vision systems for component presence, orientation, solder joint, display pixel, and cosmetic inspection — integrated at the station.

Integrated Functional Test

AT DAQ-S EOL test integrated inline — voltage, current, CAN/LIN, firmware programming, RF, and more. Assembly and test in a single line.

Full Traceability & MES Integration

Every assembly event — component serial, operator ID, station, time, all measurements — written to CSV/SQL. OPC-UA and REST API for MES/ERP connection.

Safety to ISO 13849

E-stop circuits, light curtains, two-hand controls, and safety-rated PLCs. Risk assessment and CE marking documentation provided on request.

Semi-automatic assembly and 100% functional test for 2-wheeler instrument clusters — 3 product variants, 800 units/shift. Previous supplier failed to deliver CAN test capability.

The solution

6-station AT BUILD-L line with machine vision display test, AT DAQ-S CAN bus test (Vector CANalyser interface), air-decay seal test, and barcode-driven variant selection — zero manual recipe changeover.

Scale from 200 units/day (manual) to 1,000 units/day within 12 weeks. Required poka-yoke assembly with 100% IEC 61851-compliant EOL test integrated.

7-station AT BUILD-L semi-automatic line: torque-controlled fastening with logging, connector presence verification, force-controlled cover closure, AT DAQ-S EOL test, laser labelling, and packing.
