Requirement Capture

Capture your products, cycle time, and integration constraints in a structured technical brief.

Technical Workshop

Deep-dive with your engineering team to lock scope, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.

03

Proposal & Costing

Detailed techno-commercial proposal with GA concept, BOM logic, and a fixed timeline.

⏱ 1–2 weeks
04

Kick-Off

Contract, advance, and project manager assigned. Single point of accountability from here on.

05

Detail Design

Mechanical GA & detail design, electrical schematics, software architecture. Internal design review.

⏱ 3–6 weeks
06

Build & Procurement

Long-lead procurement, fabrication, panel building, software development in parallel.

⏱ 6–12 weeks
07

Integration

Mechanical, electrical, and software integration on our Bhosari shop floor. Pre-FAT.

⏱ 2–4 weeks
08

FAT

Customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Test against the signed protocol. Punch-list closure.

⏱ 1 week
09

SAT & Handover

Site installation, SAT under production conditions, operator training, AMC handover.
