Special Purpose Machines

A Special Purpose Machine is what you need when an off-the-shelf machine for your process does not exist. For most genuinely custom products, that is the norm.

We build SPMs for press-fit and assembly with closed-loop force/displacement monitoring, leak-test rigs, riveting and fastening stations, vision-inspection cells, and laser/dot-peen marking.

Each machine is engineered end to end — mechanical, fixturing, controls, software, safety — and validated with a formal FAT before it leaves Bhosari MIDC.
